During the wild life and adventurous holiday, you are to visit the source of river Nile before embarking on its long distance journey of over 6600 kilometers to the Mediterranean Sea, walk on the canopy or zip line on the evergreen forests of Uganda, enjoy sun set cruises on the mighty Lake Victoria and enjoy safaris where abundance of wildlife like lions, elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, leopards, hyenas, warthogs and many other animals are inevitable to encounter!
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Your Tourist Guide will be waiting for your arrival at the International Airport of Uganda; Entebbe. He’ll be carrying a placard written your names. From the Airport to your hotel is a 15 minutes’ drive.
Depending on the time of your arrival, after relaxation, a visit to the botanical gardens is worth it! You are to encounter different species of primates on foot like the black and white colubus Monkeys, Vervet and Red tailed Monkeys, squirrels, different colorful bird species and a serene atmosphere covered by indigenous forests. The gardens have existed since 1898 and cover 40 hectares of different species of natural vegetation.

Day 2: Source of the Nile and Zip lining
After breakfast, the journey will commence heading to Jinja via Mabira forest for Zip lining or forest walk depending on your choice. Different species of monkeys and birds are to be sighted. The scenic views of the forest from the top are breath taking!
The journey will continue to our last destination for more incredible experiences. On arrival in Jinja city, you will check in to your hotel as the boat cruise awaits to the visit of the source of the Nile. The Nile is the world’s longest river, a sunset cruise on this world’s heritage site is a must! Other attractions to encounter during the cruise are the Nile monitored Lizards, different bird species, view the sun setting as you enjoy a drink of your choice and listening to the silent rhythms of the water waves and the fresh breeze.

Day 3: Rhino tracking
After breakfast, the journey to the wilderness resumes as you are headed to the north western part of Uganda for a wildlife experience. Your first encounter will be with the rhinos! Guided by a ranger on foot, the experience gets real as you walk in the wilderness in search of the second largest mammals on land! When sighted, they are usually viewed at a closer range of 10 to 15 meters apart. Other animals to encounter are, warthogs, bushbucks, Oribis, and Uganda Kobs among others.
After lunch, the journey will continue to Murchison falls National Park.

Day 4: Game drive and boat cruise
Morning game safari
Your day starts early in the morning as you are driven in the park for wildlife viewing. During your safari, animals to encounter are Lions, hyenas, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, water bucks, and Giraffes among others.
Afternoon Boat cruise
The afternoon will get better as you head out for a sunset boat cruise on the white Nile. Abundant wildlife is to be sighted in the comfort of your seat as you enjoy the fresh breeze of the Nile. Animals to encounter on the shores of the Nile are hippos, Crocodiles, Giraffes, Buffaloes, a variety of bird species and of course viewing the bottom of the top of the falls. Murchison falls are regarded the most powerful falls in the world! They are therefore one of the highlights of the tour to the park!

Day 5: Fort Portal
After breakfast, the journey resumes heading to south western part of Uganda. Along the way beautiful sceneries of tea plantations, the mountain ranges of Rwenzori and natural forests are inevitable to miss! It is a six hours Journey hence a stopover for lunch is highly recommended. The culture of the Batooro people will signify your arrival to the scenic city.

Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking- Kibale National Park
Chimpanzees are one of the closest relatives to mankind, they are believed to be 98% related by DNA. A visit to their natural habitat will leave you mesmerized and yearning for more. Deep in the dense Jungle they call home, you will find our cousins either up in the trees feeding, playing, hunting or relaxed on the ground.
Chimpanzee tracking begins at 8 AM and lasts between 2-5 hours depending on how close of far they may be located.
During tracking, you are advised to carry enough water, packed lunch, wear nature blending clothes (long sleeved shirt or blouse, trouser and closed shoes), huts and a face mask.

Day 7: Departure
Depending on the time of your flight, your driver guide will drive you back to Entebbe International Airport. From Fort Portal, the drive is estimated to take 6 hours.
